We use your information to provide and improve services, communicate with you, send updates, enhance security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with service providers, legal authorities, or during business transfers.
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no online transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of changes.
This section applies to Via-attend, our attendance service delivered over WhatsApp. It is in addition to the rest of this policy.
Who owns the data. Each employer connects their own WhatsApp Business Account. The attendance records belong to that employer. We process them on their instructions, as their service provider.
What we receive. When an employee messages the employer’s WhatsApp number, we receive that message, the sender’s WhatsApp phone number and profile name, and the time it was sent. We record check-in and check-out times, leave and work-from-home requests, and — only when an employee chooses to share it — the location attached to a check-in.
What we use it for. Running the attendance service for the employer who owns it: recording attendance, replying to the employee, and producing that employer’s reports. Nothing else.
What we never do. We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising or to train models. One employer’s data is never shown to another employer — each company’s records are held separately and access is enforced by the database itself.
How long we keep it. Raw WhatsApp message records are deleted automatically after 7 days. Delivery records are kept for 90 days and administrator activity logs for 400 days. Attendance records themselves are retained for as long as the employer keeps their account, because they are the employer’s own payroll record, and are deleted on request or when the account closes.
Who else is involved. Messages travel over the WhatsApp Business Platform and are handled by Meta under its own terms. We use business hosting providers to run the service. We do not share this data with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Your choices. An employee who does not wish to use WhatsApp should speak to their employer, who can record their attendance another way. To see, correct or delete data, write to hello@devops.to and we will respond within 30 days. Employers can disconnect their WhatsApp Business Account at any time from their Meta Business settings.
This section applies to ViaLeads, our lead-management and customer messaging service delivered through WhatsApp, Instagram and other supported business messaging channels. It is in addition to the rest of this policy.
Who owns the data. Each business connects its own messaging accounts, such as its WhatsApp Business Account or Instagram Professional Account. The customer conversations, contact information and lead records created through those accounts belong to that business. We process that information on the business’s instructions, as its service provider.
What we receive. When a customer messages a business through a connected channel, we may receive the message, the sender’s phone number or platform-specific account identifier, profile name or username, and the time the message was sent. We also store information collected during the conversation, such as the customer’s name, contact details, requirements, budget, location, preferred service, purchase timeline, and other information that the customer chooses to provide. We also record conversation history, lead status, lead score, assigned salesperson, internal notes, tags and related sales activity.
What we use it for. We use this information only to operate ViaLeads for the business that owns the account. This includes receiving and sending messages, running configured rule-based chatbots, collecting lead information, creating and qualifying leads, assigning leads to sales staff, managing conversations, tracking sales activity, producing reports and analytics, and providing the business with its lead-management dashboard.
What we never do. We do not sell customer or lead data. We do not use this data for advertising. We do not use customer conversations or lead data to train AI or machine-learning models. One business’s data is never shown to another business. Each company’s contacts, conversations, leads, chatbot configuration and reports are kept separate, and access controls are enforced at the application and database level.
How long we keep it. Raw messaging webhook or message-processing records may be deleted automatically after 7 days. Message delivery and processing records may be retained for up to 90 days, and administrator or security activity logs may be retained for up to 400 days. Customer contacts, lead records, conversation history, chatbot responses, notes and sales activity are retained for as long as the business keeps its ViaLeads account, because those records form part of the business’s customer and sales records. They are deleted when requested by the business or when the account is closed, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
Who else is involved. Messages may travel through services operated by Meta, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram messaging services, and are handled by Meta under its own terms and privacy policies. We also use business hosting, database, infrastructure, monitoring and other technical service providers to operate ViaLeads. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us. We do not share lead or conversation data with other third parties except where required to operate the service, where the business instructs us to do so, or where the law requires it.
Your choices. A person who does not wish to communicate with a business through WhatsApp, Instagram or another connected messaging service should contact that business using another available method. To access, correct or delete personal data held through ViaLeads, you may contact the business you were communicating with or write to hello@devops.to. We will work with the relevant business to respond to valid requests within the period required by applicable law. Businesses can disconnect their connected WhatsApp or Instagram accounts at any time through ViaLeads or their Meta Business settings.
